Sherri Belanger is the owner and founder of Belle Sirène Salon in La Jolla, California, an award-winning salon recognized as one of the Top 200 salons in the United States for its exceptional culture, leadership, and client experience. Since opening its doors in 2016 in the heart of La Jolla Village in California, Belle Sirène has been consistently named “Best Salon in San Diego, CA,” known for its five-star service, elevated atmosphere, and deeply loyal clientele.

With nearly two decades of experience in the beauty industry across both San Diego and Los Angeles, Sherri has channeled her background behind the chair into building a business rooted in intention, team development, and hospitality. At the core of Belle Sirène’s success is its people. Sherri is highly selective in who joins the team, hiring not only for talent, but for heart. The result is a salon environment where both clients and team members feel genuinely cared for, supported, and inspired.

While she still works part-time behind the chair with a select group of long-time clients, Sherri’s primary focus today is leading her team of 35, cultivating a strong salon culture, and continuing to grow a brand that prioritizes both exceptional results and meaningful experiences.
