Our Policies: Cancellations
Cancellations or reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or a No-show reservation are subject to prepaying for future services.

To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time.

Belle Sirène Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored if salon is contacted within one week of the date of service. We will do our best to get you in with your stylist as soon as possible.
Our Policies: Returns/Refunds
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on hair services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Belle Sirène proudly stands behind all it’s products including; Oribe, Davines, V76, and Ibiza. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Belle Sirène, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
All sales of hair brushes and jewelry sales are final. No returns and no exchanges.

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable.
