Our Policies: Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for all to be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time by calling or emailing Belle Sirène Salon. This allows us enough time to offer your appointment to another guest. If a cancelation is not made within the specified time frame, we will invoice or charge the credit card on file 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment.

Our Policies: Late Arrivals
To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later. In the event this happens you will also be subject to pay a deposit or prepay for future services in advance.

Belle Sirène Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us within one week of the date of service. We will do our best to get you in with your stylist as soon as possible.
Our Policies: Returns/Refunds
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on hair services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Belle Sirène proudly stands behind all its products including; Oribe, Davines, Olaplex and hair tools. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at Belle Sirène, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
All sales of hair brushes, candles, hair accessories and jewelry are final. No returns and no exchanges.
Our Policies: Children Accompanying During Service
Between hot tools, sharp implements, chemicals, expensive breakable items and open doors, there’s no real safe space for your children to hang out while you’re receiving services with us. We kindly ask that you find arrangements for your kiddos other than bringing them to the salon during your hair appointment.
Our Policies: Lost or Damaged Items
Belle Sirène Salon and our employees are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your visit with us. We provide robes to drape your clothing while receiving services. However, we are often working with coloring chemicals and product that can possibly stain clothing. Though we do our due diligence to ensure cleanliness and protection of your personal items, accidents can occur. Given this, we suggest that you keep this in mind when deciding what articles you wish to wear and bring to your appointment. If you leave behind a personal items, we will contact you immediately to make arrangements for pick up or shipping.

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards are non-refundable.
Our Policies: Belle Sirène Salon reserves the right to refuse Products & Services to anyone at its discretion if it feels the policies herein are being abused.
Changes to Policies
